About Me

Andrew is the founder and managing principal of AM Real Estate Consulting, a Denver-based real estate capital markets advisory firm. He has over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 4 years at RealtyMogul, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing over $200 million in crowdfunded real estate investments. Prior to RealtyMogul, Andrew spent 4 years in real estate banking at Wells Fargo, where he completed the bank's rigorous credit training program and was involved in over $600 million in balance sheet and CMBS loans.


Andrew is a member of the NAIOP Rocky Mountain chapter. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and he is a licensed real estate broker.
